Habonis' instructions
Your main goal is to keep landing . If it hits an enemy, its cooldown is reduced, so consistently hitting your Q gives you very strong sustained damage.
Use whenever you need healing or space. It heals you while also knocking enemy players away, making it very useful when melee players get on top of you.
is your main healing ability. You can use it earlier in the fight to build extra Healing Cast, but it becomes much stronger once you drop below 40% health.
Use when your opponent is about to commit their main damage combo. The also becomes stronger when your health is low.
should be saved for important enemy buffs. Against things like , activate it when they use their healing so you can remove the buff and deny most of its value.
If the enemy has nothing important to , switch to instead for extra defense, reflected damage, and slows.
gives you mobility while also helping your cooldowns come back faster. Use it to create space, chase someone who is escaping, or buy time for your healing abilities.
can use a lot of Energy in longer fights, so save your for when you actually need it. It also gives you additional cooldown rate while active.
automatically gives you a huge defensive boost when you get low. This gives you extra time to recover with your healing abilities and potentially turn the fight around.

Change your plan
Keep landing Smite and use Sacred Pulse when they get too close. Do not panic when your health starts dropping. This build becomes extremely difficult to finish because your stronger heals, Guardian Helmet, and Martlock Cape all become more valuable at low health.
Try to stay close enough to consistently land Smite. Use Refreshing Sprint to close the gap or reposition, and save your defensive abilities for their main damage windows.
