Who operates this site
Habonis operates habonis.com, The Habo Hub. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact page.
Information we collect
If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information needed to identify your habonis.com account. We also store information you choose to save or submit through the site, such as builds, calculator setups and build requests.
If you use Premium features, we may store your submitted YouTube handle, public channel identifiers and membership information needed to verify access. If you connect Patreon, we store your Patreon user/member identifiers, current entitled tier identifiers and entitlement status needed to verify Premium access. We do not request your Patreon email, and Patreon OAuth access tokens are not stored after the connection check. If you add a Discord username, we store it for community identification and role assignment.
If you connect Habo Client, we store a revocable device record, a one-way hash of its device token, supported market scan data and any Private Flips you choose to track. Current market orders are retained for up to 24 hours and market history for up to 30 days. Recent Habo Client market observations may also be used in aggregated form to improve shared market prices across Habo Hub tools; contributor account and device identity are not exposed with those prices.
Analytics and AdSense verification
habonis.com uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode to understand site usage. Analytics cookies are used only if you allow Analytics. When Analytics is not allowed, Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals for aggregate measurement.
We also use a Google AdSense script to verify site ownership ahead of any advertising rollout. This script contacts Google when pages load. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization consent are denied by default. We have not enabled ad placements in the site's code, and Premium ad-free browsing will be maintained when ads are introduced.
If you allow Analytics, Habo Hub also uses first-party product analytics. We may store an anonymous browser visitor ID and session ID, page and content identifiers, tool or feature usage, internal search terms and result counts, referral host, campaign parameters such as UTM values and referral codes, and Premium conversion steps. If you are signed in, an event may be associated with your internal Habo Hub user ID so we can understand retention and conversion without putting your Google account identifier, YouTube handle, Discord username or payment information into the analytics event. The analytics event store does not retain raw IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings.
Browser-behavior events such as page views, searches, campaign attribution and tool interactions are stored only when Analytics is allowed. Some server-side account lifecycle events, such as Premium activation or loss and a successful Habo Client connection, may be recorded when that account action occurs without optional browser tracking identifiers. First-party analytics events are retained for up to 180 days. Non-identifying daily aggregate totals, such as total accounts and Premium member counts, may be kept longer so we can measure long-term product growth.
How we use information
We use account and feature data to provide the services you request, verify Premium access, maintain security, improve the site and provide saved or personalized features. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, database storage and security, Google for optional sign-in, analytics and AdSense verification, YouTube API Services for public video and channel information, Patreon for optional membership verification, and the Albion Online Data Project for community market data. Premium membership purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by the membership provider you use, such as YouTube or Patreon, not habonis.com.
Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube videos use a click-to-load privacy-enhanced player and may process information under YouTube's own policies after you choose to load them.
Storage and retention
We retain account and saved-content records while they are needed to provide the service. YouTube, Patreon and Discord connection information is retained while needed for the related feature or until your site records are deleted or disconnected where available. Authentication sessions expire or can be ended by signing out. Habo Client and analytics retention periods are described above. Provider backups and security logs follow the provider's retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
You can change optional Analytics and browser-storage choices through Cookie settings in the footer. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your site information, withdraw consent where applicable, or object to applicable processing by contacting Habonis. We may need to verify your account before completing a request. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. Material changes to optional storage or analytics will require a new choice before optional cookie-based processing is used.
