Healing over 9 seconds
- All tiers reduced: T4 13% → 12%; T6 18% → 16%; T6.2 22% → 19.5%. At 3,000 maximum health, T6 restores 480 instead of 540 (60 less).
More noticeable on high-health defensive builds, although Healing Potions remain useful.

The full Dragonfire Patch 4 breakdown, including mouse button keybindings, rebalanced Firewing Drake Egg drops, Ancient Lands boss and group changes, Spirit Weaver adjustments, smaller quality-of-life improvements, and every weapon, armor, potion and mount balance change.

One of the most requested control changes is here: you can now assign abilities and other hotkeys to the middle mouse button and side mouse buttons. Keybindings also work differently under the hood to better handle different keyboard layouts.
Middle-click and supported side mouse buttons can be assigned as hotkeys, giving you more ways to activate abilities without reaching for extra keyboard keys.
Instead of being tied to the character printed on a key, a hotkey is tied to that key's position on the keyboard. Switching layouts should no longer scramble your established ability binds.
Firewing Drake Eggs are being redistributed toward higher-tier Dragon Sanctuary runs. The overall Egg drop chance increases by approximately 40%, but the relative change depends heavily on the Dragon tier. Other Dragon Sanctuary loot is unchanged by this Egg-specific adjustment.

Four times the previous chance
These numbers are relative adjustments to each tier's existing Egg drop chance, not the absolute chance that an Egg will drop. The +40% overall figure is separate from the individual tier changes.

The Spirit Weaver's Drowsy Essence attack is getting more warning time and a smaller orb, but the sleep effect in the Dragon Sanctuary becomes stronger. There is also an important change to reflected Dragon damage.

Drowsy Essence now shows a visual indicator and has a 1.5-second delay before the hit, helping players read and dodge the attack.
Effects that reflect damage can no longer reflect direct damage from Dragons. This applies specifically to direct Dragon damage, not every source of incoming damage.
There are also three smaller updates covering progression, visuals and shared spaces.
A new mission has been added to the Exploration category of the Albion Journal called Ride a Firewing Drake.
Specialization nodes on the Destiny Board have received visual improvements, making progression information easier to read.
The Conqueror's Hall has been expanded.

More noticeable on high-health defensive builds, although Healing Potions remain useful.

Ranged support players can protect allies from farther away without moving as close to the frontline.

More frequent bleed ticks and stronger finishing damage make the second swing more dangerous.

Faster engages give opponents less reaction time without changing the damage or crowd-control duration.

A stronger shield absorbs more burst and makes the follow-up healing effect more dependable.

A mechanical fix that improves damage against multiple enemies wherever AoE escalation applies.

The first two hits help connect the final stun, while reduced stand time makes the combo more responsive.

A PvE-only buff, especially against high-health mobs and bosses; player execute damage is unchanged.

Better damage when lining up several enemies along the charge path.

A 50% increase to the bonus itself, rewarding well-timed finishing blows in group fights.

Slightly weaker damage and healing bonuses at the same Item Power.

More frequent silences create additional opportunities to interrupt abilities or set up combos.

An extra second of movement and crowd-control protection helps escapes and repositioning.

A mechanical fix; the main debuffs and mobility effects remain unchanged.
Initially slower than before, but faster during longer uninterrupted journeys after the second stack.
Much faster outside gallop and a new burst of escape speed after taking damage, at the cost of slightly lower gallop speed.
