Private Flips helps you find Albion Online market flipping opportunities using your own Habo Client market scans.
Instead of relying on the public market data feed, you scan the markets you care about and the tool compares those private observations to find items you may be able to buy in one location and immediately sell into a buy order somewhere else.
It also gives you simple step by step instructions and lets you track the silver you actually make from completed flips.
What You Need to Use Private Flips
Private Flips is a Premium feature.
You need:
- A Habo Hub account.
- Premium access on habonis.com.
- Habo Client connected to your account.
- Habo Client running in Private mode.
- Market scans from at least two locations.
Once your scans are uploaded, Private Flips automatically looks for matching opportunities.
Connect Habo Client
Private Flips needs Habo Client to know which market scans belong to you.
Start the connection from Habo Client.
The client will give you a pairing code and open the Habo Hub connection page.
If you are not already signed in, sign in to your Habo Hub account.
Confirm the pairing code and choose Connect Habo Client.
Once connected, you can close the browser page and return to Habo Client.
Use Habo Client in Private Mode
Set Habo Client to Private mode when you want your scans to be used by Private Flips.
Private mode keeps those market observations connected to your Habo Hub account.
The Private Flips page then builds opportunities using your own scan data.
This is different from public market data, where observations are shared through the Albion Online Data Project.
Scan the Markets You Want to Compare
To find a flip, the tool needs market data from more than one location.
For example:
Lymhurst → Martlock
or:
Fort Sterling → Black Market
Scan the item categories you care about in both locations while Habo Client is running in Private mode.
The more relevant markets you scan, the more combinations Private Flips can compare.
Select the Correct Server
At the top of Private Flips, select your Albion server:
- Europe
- Americas
- Asia
Your private scans are separated by server.
If you scanned Europe but the website is currently set to Americas, those Europe opportunities will not appear.
Check Habo Client Status
The top of the dashboard shows whether Habo Client is currently connected.
You can see:
- Connected or Not Connected
- How recently the client was seen
If the page says Not Connected, open Habo Client and make sure it is connected to the correct Habo Hub account.
Check Markets Ready
The Markets Ready section shows how many recently scanned markets are available for the selected server.
Private Flips needs recent observations to find useful opportunities.
If you only scanned one city, there may be nothing to compare.
Scan another market and refresh the page.
Check Your Recent Scans
The Your Recent Scans section shows the markets you have scanned and how old those scans are.
Freshness matters because market orders can change quickly.
The dashboard separates scans into roughly:
- Fresh
- Aging
- Old
Very recent scans are much safer to work from than older ones.
Private Flip Data Expires
Private Flips only uses recent market observations when searching for new opportunities.
The current opportunity scanner uses private observations from roughly the last 60 minutes.
Older scans stop appearing in new opportunities.
This helps prevent very old orders from continuing to look profitable long after the market has changed.
Refresh Private Flips
Click Refresh after scanning new markets.
The dashboard reloads:
- Habo Client status
- Recent markets
- Flip opportunities
- Active flips
- Completed trade information
If you just finished scanning another city, refreshing the page should bring those new observations into the comparison.
Find Flips
The Find Flips tab shows opportunities created from your private market scans.
Private Flips compares:
A sell order you can buy from
against:
A buy order you can sell into
in another location.
Only profitable matches are shown.
How a Private Flip Works
The basic idea is:
- Find an item being sold cheaply in one city.
- Buy it from the existing sell order.
- Transport it to another market.
- Sell it directly into an existing buy order.
- Keep the difference after marketplace tax.
So the normal Private Flips route is:
Instant Buy → Transport → Instant Sell
There is no need to place your own sell order for the opportunities shown by the scanner.
Best Profit
Choose Best Profit to sort opportunities by the highest total expected silver profit.
This is useful when your main goal is finding the biggest individual trades.
But large profit opportunities can also require a lot of capital.
Always check the You Need amount before buying.
Best ROI
Choose Best ROI to sort opportunities by Return on Investment.
ROI tells you how much profit the trade generates compared with the silver required to perform it.
An opportunity with lower total profit can still be much more efficient with your silver.
Low Budget
Choose Low Budget to show opportunities requiring less starting capital first.
This can be useful if you are learning market flipping or do not want to lock a large amount of silver into one trade.
Black Market
Choose Black Market to only look for opportunities where the destination is the Black Market.
The route becomes:
Buy from a player marketplace → Transport to Caerleon → Sell into the Black Market buy order
Black Market prices can change quickly, so always check the live order when you arrive in Caerleon.
Freshest
Choose Freshest to prioritize opportunities using the most recently scanned data.
This can be useful when you care more about the likelihood that the orders still exist than finding the absolute highest theoretical profit.
Fresh market information is extremely important for flipping.
Choose Where You Want to Buy
Use Buy From to restrict opportunities to a specific source city.
For example, if you are currently in Lymhurst, you can select Lymhurst and only look for items you can buy there.
Choose Any if you want Private Flips to compare all of your available private scans.
Choose Where You Want to Sell
Use Sell To to restrict the destination.
You can choose a normal market or the Black Market.
For example:
Sell To → Black Market
will only show flips ending at the Black Market.
Set a Minimum Profit
Use Minimum Profit to hide small opportunities.
For example, if you only care about flips making at least 100,000 silver, enter:
100000
Anything below that expected profit will disappear from the list.
Sort the Opportunities
You can sort by:
- Highest Profit
- Highest ROI
- Freshest Scans
- Lowest Budget
There is no single best sorting method.
It depends on whether you care more about total silver, capital efficiency, fresh data or keeping the required investment low.
Use More Filters
Open More Filters when you want to narrow the results further.
You can filter by:
- Tier
- Enchantment
- Item Quality
- Minimum ROI
- Minimum Available
- Maximum Budget
- Albion Premium
These are especially useful when your private scans produce a large number of opportunities.
Filter by Tier
You can restrict opportunities to:
- T4
- T5
- T6
- T7
- T8
This is useful if you only want to trade within a certain price range or item tier.
Filter by Enchantment
You can also filter by:
- .0
- .1
- .2
- .3
- .4
For example, selecting .3 only shows opportunities for .3 items.
Filter by Item Quality
Quality options include:
- Normal
- Good
- Outstanding
- Excellent
- Masterpiece
This filter applies to the item you would purchase from the source market.
Minimum ROI
Use Minimum ROI if you only want opportunities above a certain percentage return.
For example:
10% Minimum ROI
removes opportunities with a calculated ROI below 10%.
This is useful when you want to avoid tying up your silver for very small percentage returns.
Minimum Available
The Minimum Available filter controls how many items must actually be available for the opportunity.
For example, setting it to:
5
will hide opportunities where only one or two items can currently be flipped.
Maximum Budget
Use Max Budget to limit the amount of silver required for a trade.
For example:
1,000,000 Max Budget
only shows opportunities where the calculated capital requirement is one million silver or less.
This makes it much easier to find flips that fit your current silver reserve.
Set Your Albion Premium Status
Private Flips includes an Albion Premium toggle.
Set this to match the account you are actually trading on.
Premium changes the marketplace tax used in the profit calculation.
If your Albion character does not have Premium, turn it off.
Understanding an Opportunity
Every opportunity shows the important information you need before trading.
You can see:
- Item
- Tier and enchantment
- Quality
- Buy city
- Buy price
- Sell destination
- Buy order price
- Silver needed
- Available quantity
- Expected profit
- ROI
- Scan freshness
Do not look at Profit alone.
Check the entire opportunity before buying.
Buy Price
The Buy side shows the market where you can currently purchase the item.
Private Flips uses the cheapest scanned sell order for that item and quality.
This is the price the opportunity expects you to pay.
If the live price in Albion is now higher, the calculated opportunity is no longer exactly the same.
Sell Price
The Sell side shows an existing buy order at another location.
This is the order the tool expects you to sell into.
Private Flips does not assume that you create your own sell order and wait.
The opportunity is based on selling directly into the scanned buy order.
Available Quantity
Available tells you how many items can actually be used for that opportunity based on the scanned orders.
Private Flips limits the quantity using both:
- How many items are available at the source price
- How many items the destination buy order wants
For example:
If the source has 10 items but the destination buy order only wants 3, the opportunity is based on 3 items.
This helps prevent the calculator from telling you to buy more items than the scanned destination order can accept.
One Buy Order Is One Opportunity
One destination buy order is not shown as several separate flips just because several source offers could fill it.
Private Flips chooses the best eligible source option for that destination order.
This prevents the same destination liquidity from being counted multiple times.
If several source offers have the exact same buying price, the higher quality eligible source item is preferred.
Item Quality Can Matter
The source item quality and destination buy order quality do not always have to be identical.
In Albion, a higher quality item can satisfy a lower quality buy order.
For example, an Excellent item can fill a buy order accepting Outstanding quality.
Private Flips accounts for this automatically.
The opportunity shows both the quality you need to buy and the quality of the destination buy order.
You Need
You Need is the amount of silver required to buy the full available quantity shown by the opportunity.
This helps you quickly decide whether you can afford the flip.
A profitable opportunity is not useful if you do not have enough liquid silver to buy the items.
Expected Profit
Expected Profit is the estimated silver remaining after buying the items and selling them into the destination buy order.
The calculation already includes the selected market sales tax.
However, it is still based on scanned prices.
If either order changes, your real profit changes too.
What Does ROI Mean?
ROI means Return on Investment.
It compares the expected profit with the silver required to perform the flip.
For example:
A flip requiring 1 million silver and making 100,000 silver has a much different capital efficiency from a flip requiring 10 million silver to make the same 100,000.
The Simple Rule
Look at both Profit and ROI.
Profit tells you how much silver you could make.
ROI tells you how efficiently you are using your silver.
Check Scan Freshness
Every opportunity shows when the source and destination markets were last scanned.
Always look at both timestamps.
A source price scanned two minutes ago and a destination buy order scanned three minutes ago is much more useful than an opportunity built from older observations.
Open Details
Click Details when you want the tool to explain exactly what to do.
The instructions show the full trade step by step.
You will see:
- Which city to go to.
- Which item and quality to buy.
- How many to buy.
- The maximum scanned purchase price.
- Where to transport the items.
- Which buy order to sell into.
It also shows:
- Silver needed
- Expected profit
- ROI
- Source scan age
- Destination scan age
This is especially useful if you are new to market flipping.
Do Not Pay More Than the Scanned Buy Price
The Details panel tells you the price the opportunity was calculated with.
If the item is now more expensive in game, do not blindly buy it anyway.
A higher purchase price lowers your profit and ROI.
Check whether the flip still makes sense before spending your silver.
Check the Destination Before You Buy
If possible, work with fresh scans from both sides before committing to an expensive flip.
The destination buy order may disappear or change after you scan it.
This is especially important for:
- Expensive items
- Low quantity orders
- Black Market opportunities
- Very high ROI opportunities that may disappear quickly
Private Flips finds opportunities.
It cannot reserve the market order for you.
Start a Flip
Once you decide to trade an opportunity, click Start Flip.
The trade is saved as an active flip using the expected:
- Item
- Quantity
- Buy price
- Sell price
- Profit
- ROI
- Source
- Destination
This lets you keep track of what you are currently trading.
Active Flips Stay Saved
Active flips remain available even if:
- The old scan expires
- You clear your private scan data
- Your current filters hide the opportunity
- The original opportunity disappears from the scanner
This prevents you from losing track of a trade after you have already bought the item.
Mark a Flip as Sold
Once you sell the items, click Sold.
Private Flips asks for:
- Actual Buy Price
- Actual Sell Price
- Quantity Sold
Enter what really happened in game.
Then click Complete Flip.
The system calculates your actual result instead of relying on the original estimate.
Expected Profit vs Actual Profit
Your expected result and your real result may be different.
For example:
- You may buy slightly cheaper.
- You may have to pay more.
- The destination order may change.
- You may only sell part of the planned quantity.
That is why Private Flips asks for your actual prices when completing a trade.
Your completed history is based on what you actually entered.
Cancel an Active Flip
If you decide not to continue with a tracked opportunity, click Cancel.
This removes it from your active flips without recording it as a completed trade.
Use this if you started tracking an opportunity but never actually finished the trade.
Completed Flips
Open the Completed tab to see your trading history.
The dashboard tracks information such as:
- Expected Profit
- Actual Profit
- Actual ROI
- Completion time
This makes it easier to see whether the opportunities you choose are actually working in practice.
Track Your Trading Results
The Completed section also summarizes your personal results.
It can show:
- All Time Profit
- Last 24 Hours
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Completed Flips
- Average ROI
This turns Private Flips into more than an opportunity scanner.
You can use it to see how much silver your market flipping is actually generating.
Remove a Completed Flip
You can remove a completed flip from your history.
Removing it also removes that trade from your personal profit totals.
Use this if you accidentally recorded a trade incorrectly or do not want it included in your statistics.
Clear Old Scan Data
Use Clear Old Scan Data if you want to remove your current private market scans for the selected server.
This clears the scan data used to generate opportunities.
It does not remove your active or completed flip history.
After clearing the data, scan the markets again with Habo Client to build a fresh set of opportunities.
Why No Flips Are Showing
If Private Flips shows no opportunities, check:
- Habo Client is connected.
- Habo Client is in Private mode.
- You selected the correct server.
- You scanned at least two markets.
- You scanned the same useful item categories in both markets.
- Your scans are still recent.
- Your filters are not too restrictive.
- Your Minimum Profit or Minimum ROI is not too high.
- Your Max Budget is not too low.
Sometimes there simply is no profitable match between the markets you scanned.
That is normal.
The Best Way to Use Private Flips
Private Flips works best as a market opportunity finder, not as an automatic instruction to buy an item.
A good workflow is:
- Connect Habo Client.
- Switch it to Private mode.
- Scan the markets you want to compare.
- Open Private Flips.
- Select the correct server.
- Check that your scans are recent.
- Start with Best Profit, Best ROI or Freshest.
- Set a Max Budget that matches your silver.
- Find an opportunity.
- Open Details.
- Check the live source price in Albion.
- Check that the destination opportunity still makes sense.
- Start the flip.
- Buy and transport the item.
- Sell it into the destination buy order.
- Enter your actual prices.
- Complete the flip.
- Track your real profit over time.
Before You Start a Flip
Private Flips can make finding market opportunities much easier, but no scanned opportunity guarantees profit.
Albion's market can change at any moment.
Before committing a large amount of silver, double check:
- Source item price
- Source item quality
- Source available quantity
- Destination buy order
- Destination quality
- Destination quantity
- Scan freshness
- Silver required
- Expected profit
- ROI
- Albion Premium setting
- Transport route
- Black Market risk when applicable
Use Private Flips to find the opportunity.
Then confirm the prices in Albion before you buy.
