PvE Setup

Use Multishot for PvE because the AoE makes clearing groups of mobs much faster. Pair it with Ray of Light for extra AoE damage and the root, which helps control packs while you clear.

PvP Setup

Switch to Deadly Shot for PvP. It has good range and reduces the enemy's damage resistance, so your pressure gets stronger as you keep landing it.

Use Frost Shot in most PvP matchups. The knockback creates distance and is especially useful against melee players trying to stay on top of you. Against slower builds where you do not need as much mobility, you can use Ray of Light instead for extra damage and crowd control.

Main Abilities

Sky's Fury is both your main damage ability and one of your strongest defensive tools. You become untargetable while airborne, so use it to avoid important enemy abilities while still dealing damage. Be careful if the enemy has a reflect available.

Avalonian Beam gives you extra ranged pressure and can interrupt important casts or channels. Try not to waste it only for damage when there is something valuable you can stop.

Wings of Fire helps you reposition and creates a strong fighting window. While standing inside the area, you gain extra damage and cooldown rate while players outside cannot affect you.

Burning Momentum gives you movement speed and refunds weapon cooldowns whenever you use an ability. This helps you kite while getting important spells like Frost Shot and Sky's Fury back faster.

Food

Use Avalonian Beef Stew while clearing because the out of combat regeneration helps you recover between fights.

Switch to Deadwater Eel Stew before serious PvP fights for the extra cooldown rate.

Budget Option

Replace Dragonslayer Jacket with Assassin Jacket and use any Leather Shoes with the second spell if you want a cheaper version of the build.
