How to play this Twin Slayers build?

Important: This build can deal a massive amount of damage, but it takes some practice to use properly. Your damage depends heavily on positioning and how many daggers you manage to land with your E.

Main Abilities

(Q)

Use as your main damage and mobility ability.

Every time you hit an enemy, you gain a stack that increases your damage by 6%, up to three stacks for a total of 18%.

Try to build your stacks before engaging whenever possible. You can even hit nearby mobs with your Q before attacking another player to start the fight with the full damage bonus.

is also useful for dodging enemy abilities and clearing mobs quickly.

(W)

lets you throw a dagger that stuns the first enemy it hits and pulls you behind them.

This is especially important for our E because we want to keep our target in place while positioning ourselves to land as many daggers as possible.

You can also use to chase enemies, escape, or avoid crowd control while traveling.

(E)

This is our main damage ability.

The first cast throws six daggers around you, creating a ring that damages enemies inside it.

The second cast recalls those daggers to your current position, dealing damage to enemies they pass through.

And here's the important part. The damage depends on how many daggers actually hit your target.

If you manage to land all six, you can deal a massive amount of damage. But if you use your E from a bad position, most of them might miss.

So pay attention to your positioning before recalling the daggers.

After the Dragonfire Patch 3 buff, the floating ring deals 33.3% more damage and covers a larger area, making it even more dangerous.

Main Combo

Our combo is pretty simple, but positioning is extremely important.

Build your Q stacks: Try to get three stacks before engaging for the 18% damage bonus.

: Stun your target so they can't move away.

: Throw it while the enemy is stunned to deal additional damage and reduce their healing.

First E: Activate to create the six floating daggers.

: Stun your target again and position yourself behind them.

Second E: Recall the daggers so as many of them as possible pass through your target.

If you need healing, activate right before recalling your daggers. The multiple hits from your E can restore a lot of health very quickly.

Don't rush your second E. Make sure you're in a good position to land your damage.

If your opponent survives, you can continue dealing damage with your Q and auto attacks or create some distance while waiting for your cooldowns.

Passive

Use , which applies bleed damage every four auto attacks.

This gives you some additional damage between your combos and can help reduce the benefit of an enemy's healing by continuing to damage them.

Helmet

Use with .

This gives us a ranged stun, which is perfect for setting up our and E combo.

Try to use it when the enemy doesn't have their movement abilities available or when you know you can land the stun.

Missing your makes it much harder to land your full combo.

Chest

Use with .

This is our main source of healing.

Whenever you deal direct damage while is active, you restore health, up to seven times.

You can activate right before the second part of your E to heal up quickly from the multiple dagger hits.

You don't always need to use it with your E, but this is one of the strongest ways to get healing from the jacket.

Boots

Use with .

This gives you an 80% movement speed bonus for five seconds while restoring Energy.

It's useful for chasing enemies, escaping dangerous situations, and creating some distance while waiting for your cooldowns.

You can also use any other Cloth Sandals with the same ability.

Try not to waste your boots when you don't need them, especially against enemies with good mobility.

Cape

Use for additional survivability.

When your health drops below 15%, the cape automatically makes you invisible for six seconds.

This gives you a chance to escape, reposition, or wait for your cooldowns.

It can also help you create enough distance to prepare one last E combo if your opponent is still chasing you.

Food and Potions

Hellfire Potions deal true damage over time and reduce the healing received by enemies by 50%.

They work especially well with because you can stun your target and keep them inside the fire for longer.

Increases your damage and gives additional health regeneration outside of combat.

This is a good general option if you want to maximize your damage while keeping some extra sustain between fights.

Increases your maximum health and the duration of your crowd control effects.

This is another good option if you prefer additional survivability and longer stuns.

Extra Tips

Positioning matters more than anything.

The biggest mistake you can make with is recalling your daggers from a bad position.

Always pay attention to where the daggers are and where your target is standing.

Use the environment to your advantage.

You can use mobs and obstacles to make it harder for enemies to chase you or land important abilities.

Just be careful not to take unnecessary damage from mobs yourself.

Don't forget about PvE.

This build is also very good at clearing mobs. and can clear packs pretty quickly.

So you can use it for Open World roaming, Ancient Lands, and Roads of Avalon without needing a separate PvE build.

Quick alternatives

Replace Main handAvalonian Beef Sandwich T8.0

Use the Sandwich if you prefer more health and longer crowd control instead of additional damage.
